TRUST & GOVERNANCE

Privacy

Your trust matters to us. FORTH NATION is committed to handling the information entrusted to us responsibly, respectfully and with appropriate care.

Information we may receive

We may receive information you choose to share when you contact us, request prayer, enquire about membership, events, serving or formation, express partnership interest, give financially, or communicate through official channels. The information received depends on the activity and the channel you use.

The partnership forms currently prepare an enquiry for review in your browser. They do not submit or store your details on this website. You must open WhatsApp and send the prepared message to share it with the Church. Payment information is handled through your chosen payment provider or bank; the giving page does not request card credentials.

Where you provide it, correspondence may include your name, email address, telephone number, country or location, communication preferences, prayer requests, event information, partnership details, serving interests, formation enquiries and other information you voluntarily share. We do not require every item for every enquiry.

How information may be used

Information may be used to respond to enquiries, provide requested information, facilitate participation in events, process connection and serving interests, respond to prayer requests, administer formation programmes, manage correspondence, maintain appropriate administrative records and improve our services and communication. These uses should relate to legitimate institutional, pastoral and operational responsibilities.

Sensitive information and confidentiality

Prayer requests and pastoral correspondence may contain sensitive personal information. Such information should be handled with appropriate confidentiality and access restricted to those who reasonably need it. Please share only what is necessary and avoid unnecessary medical, financial, identification or third-party details.

Confidentiality is not a promise of absolute secrecy. Where there is a concern about harm, please also read our Safeguarding guidance.

Access and sharing

FORTH NATION does not ordinarily disclose personal information unnecessarily. Information may be shared with authorized personnel who reasonably need it, service providers needed to deliver requested services, where required by applicable law, or where necessary to protect safety, rights or legitimate institutional interests.

Responsible handling

FORTH NATION seeks to handle personal information in accordance with applicable data-protection requirements, including relevant requirements under Ghanaian law where applicable. This statement does not claim a certification or regulatory registration.

We aim to use appropriate care, access controls and administrative practices to protect information. Information should be retained only as needed for its purpose and applicable responsibilities. No fixed retention period or guarantee of absolute security is represented here. Contact the Office to ask about information you have provided, request a correction or discuss removal where applicable.

External services

This website links to WhatsApp and Paystack and loads fonts from Google Fonts. Hosting and external services may receive technical information needed to deliver their services. Banks and payment providers process transfers under their own terms. External media, registration, booking or social platforms, when used, may have their own privacy practices. FORTH NATION does not control those providers’ policies; review them before sharing information.
