The Statement of Faith of FORTH NATION expresses the biblical doctrines we believe, teach, confess, and uphold.

We receive the Holy Scriptures as our supreme written authority for faith, doctrine, Christian conduct, ministry, and mission.

This Statement does not replace Scripture. It summarizes the principal truths we understand the Scriptures to teach and provides the doctrinal foundation governing our worship, discipleship, ministry, mission, and institutional life.

Biblically faithful. Christ-centred.
Spirit-empowered. Missionally engaged.

OUR CONFESSION

We confess:

ONE GOD — FATHER, SON, AND HOLY SPIRIT.

ONE LORD — JESUS CHRIST.

ONE GOSPEL — THE GOOD NEWS OF SALVATION THROUGH CHRIST.

ONE SCRIPTURAL AUTHORITY — THE HOLY WORD OF GOD.

ONE CHURCH — THE BODY OF CHRIST.

ONE MISSION — TO MAKE DISCIPLES OF ALL NATIONS.

ONE HOPE — THE RETURN OF JESUS CHRIST AND THE COMPLETION OF HIS KINGDOM.

We therefore commit ourselves to remain:

DOCTRINALLY SOUND.
HOLY IN LIFE.
